Responsibilities
- Assembly and Installation : Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, hard drives, and power supplies, ensuring proper installation and configuration.
- Testing and Quality Checks : Perform functional tests on servers to verify hardware compatibility and system performance, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
- Packaging and Labeling : Prepare servers for shipment by packaging them securely, labeling them accurately, and completing associated documentation.
- Inventory Management : Track and manage inventory levels of parts and materials needed for server assembly, notifying supervisors of shortages or discrepancies.
- Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly issues or hardware malfunctions using provided tools and resources.
- Process Compliance : Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company safety and quality standards throughout production activities.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of production processes, test results, and completed work orders.
