Join the Chapman Tucson Market team as a Landscape Maintenance Technician in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor environments by performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. Your efforts will help ensure the safety, aesthetics, and functionality of our commercial landscapes. Core Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Maintain shrubs, trees, and plant beds
• Monitor and adjust irrigation systems
• Keep grounds free of debris and hazards
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
• Ensure property appearance meets high commercial standards

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Valid driver’s license (required)
