Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and remote resources to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Support project documentation, including status reports, action items, and meeting minutes.

Skills:

• Project Management (3–5 years hands-on experience)
• ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems).
• RTSS (Real-Time Systems Support).
• Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Risk and issue management
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Remote team coordination
• Project planning and scheduling
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Documentation and reporting

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors.
