WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking Recruiting & TA Leadership experts with deep experience in one or more of the following industries:

• Tech & SaaS
• Startups
• FinTech
• Consumer Brands & Retail
• Aviation & Travel
• Professional Services
• Healthcare

With demonstrated skills and experience in:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
• Full Life-Cycle Corporate Recruiting
• Talent Acquisition Operations / ATS / Tools & Systems

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

• A career tenured Talent Acquisition Leader who wants to bring their years of strategic expertise to a client on a Fractional basis.
• An exceptional Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 10 years corporate recruitment experience.
• Committed to fractional recruiting as your primary professional path - you've made the decision and you're ready to go as a 1099 contractor.
• Aligned with the Ignite values: Integrity, Excellence, Kindness, Relentlessness and a genuine care for clients and candidates, and a belief that recruiting done right elevates business and careers.
• Available to take on client engagements - fractional doesn't mean occasional; our clients count on us to show up and deliver.
• Someone who leads with kindness, professionalism, builds trust quickly, and takes real pride in the work.
