Job Description
We are seeking experienced welders for immediate openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with pay ranging from $17–$21/hr based on your expertise. In this role, you will perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on a variety of projects, ensuring all work meets rigorous structural and aesthetic standards. While proficiency in both methods is required, high level TIG welding skills are a significant advantage and highly preferred. Responsibilities
As a Welder you will be responsible for performing high-precision
MIG and TIG welding on various metals, ensuring all components meet strict quality and structural specifications. Your daily tasks include reading blue-prints and technical drawings, setting up welding equipment, and executing clean, durable welds in both high-volume production and custom fabrication environments. You will also be expected to inspect finished products for defects, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and collaborate with the fabrication team to optimize assembly workflows and material usage.
