We are actively hiring an Associate Specialist Documentation for a leading Medical Device company. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in Document Control, Quality Systems, and Regulatory Documentation within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, edit, and process quality system documents and change requests
Maintain and control document management systems in compliance with quality standards
Review product specifications and labeling for consistency and accuracy
Coordinate document approvals across multiple functional teams and sites
Ensure document control processes comply with regulatory and company requirements
Support cross-functional projects and maintain Quality System effectiveness
Organize and maintain controlled documentation records
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
2+ years of experience in document control or a regulated industry
Experience with Quality Systems (QMS) and controlled documentation
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with databases and document management software
