Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Quality Assurance professional to support supplier quality operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will be responsible for managing quality agreements, ensuring GxP compliance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting supplier qualification activities.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, revise, and maintain quality agreements in accordance with internal SOPs and GxP regulations.
Manage the complete lifecycle of quality agreements, including initiation, negotiation, execution, and closure.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Procurement, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to obtain approvals and resolve outstanding issues.
Communicate with suppliers and external partners to negotiate agreement terms and address redlined documents.
Maintain accurate records of agreement status, milestones, revisions, and approvals within tracking systems.
Identify, assess, and escalate risks or delays that may impact supplier qualification, regulatory compliance, or manufacturing readiness.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality processes, documentation, and templates.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
3 8+ years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.
Direct experience managing Quality Agreements and GxP-controlled documentation.
Strong understanding of GxP regulations, quality systems, and supplier quality processes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including QA, Procurement, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agreements and priorities simultaneously.
Experience using document management or tracking systems to maintain regulatory and quality records.
