About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Consultant to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will take the lead on recurring client engagements, drive strategic conversations, and architect scalable, business-minded solutions across a variety of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Field Service.
You will be responsible not only for delivering enhancements and small-to-medium projects but also for advising clients on best practices, optimization opportunities, and long-term Salesforce vision. This role is ideal for someone who loves working directly with customers, thrives on problem-solving, and can translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions.
