The most qualified candidates will be invited to an interview. The position may be located in San Francisco, Sacramento, or Los Angeles, with flexibility for telework as permitted by government code and operational needs and subject to meeting telework eligibility criteria.

Special Requirements

• The position(s) require(s) a(n) Professional Engineer License. You will be required to provide a copy of your license prior to being hired.

Refer to the job description and duties, and duty statement to prepare your response. The SOQ must be no smaller than 11-point Arial font, single-spaced, and no more than two pages.

1. Describe your experience and abilities to understand safety and risk management.
2. Describe your experience and abilities to exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, and resourcefulness in achieving team goals and objectives.
   
3. Describe your experience and abilities to write clearly, persuasively, and concisely, including the ability to identify issues and recommend effective courses of action.
