job summary:
We are seeking an expert-level Scrum Master to drive agility and deliver technical excellence within our Communications, Media, & Technology (CM&T) division. In this position, you will lead high-performing software development teams, helping them optimize delivery performance while removing execution bottlenecks. This is a dynamic, hybrid role based out of our Atlanta, GA facility.

responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, and guide software engineering teams to drive Agile maturity and process improvement.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Identify, track, and eliminate programmatic roadblocks and dependencies across multi-functional teams.
• Analyze delivery metrics to provide transparent, actionable performance insights to key stakeholder groups.

qualifications:
8+ years of dedicated experience acting as a Scrum Master within software engineering environments.

Deep, expert-level proficiency in Agile Project Management and Distributed Agile Development methods.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Proximity to Atlanta, GA, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (60% onsite).
