salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Intake: Answer inbound calls, chats, and texts empathetically while accurately entering client information into a CRM database.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct quick assessments to identify urgent needs related to housing, utilities, food, healthcare, financial assistance, and disaster recovery.
- Referral Services: Guide clients toward appropriate local, regional, and statewide resources and community programs.
- Data & Compliance: Collect and document demographic and outcome data in strict compliance with HIPAA, HiTrust, and internal confidentiality and quality assurance standards.
- Community Engagement: Attend local, in-person community events to raise awareness of available resource services and collaborate with partner agencies.
Skills
- Customer Service (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Call Center Support (1 year of experience is preferred)
