Job Title: Regional Property Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Industry: Property Management

Pay: $65,000–$80,000/year (DOE)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. This leadership role is responsible for supporting on-site management teams, ensuring operational and financial success, and maintaining compliance with applicable housing regulations.

Job Description:

The Regional Property Manager will provide oversight and guidance to multiple properties while serving as a key resource for property managers and ownership groups. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of affordable housing or multi-family operations, and experience managing property performance, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to property management teams across multiple locations.
  • Monitor property operations to ensure financial, occupancy, and performance goals are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and key stakeholders.
  • Review operational and financial reporting and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate on-site management personnel.
  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Address escalated resident and employee concerns and support conflict resolution efforts.
  • Ensure properties remain compliant with applicable housing regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate communication between site teams and corporate leadership.
  • Participate in industry meetings, training programs, and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
  • Previous experience supervising property managers and overseeing multiple properties.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills.
  • Knowledge of HUD, affordable housing, or other multi-family housing regulations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Details:

  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with either Multi-Family Housing or Commercial Property Management experience will be considered.
  • Frequent interaction with property owners, site teams, and regulatory agencies.
