Apply pest control knowledge across a variety of residential service scenarios
Improve routing and scheduling efficiency based on workload and service needs
Communicate clearly with customers and team members to maintain service standards
Make timely decisions to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied
Support overall business operations alongside ownership
Deliver high-quality residential pest management services while maintaining strong customer relationships

Extensive hands-on pest control experience required
10+ years of pest control experience preferred
Connecticut Supervisor License preferred
Strong knowledge across multiple pest control service types
Experience with scheduling, routing, dispatching, or field operations coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Valid Connecticut driver’s license required
Strong communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
