Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Operations Support Assistant for immediate hire to assist with daily warehouse, logistics, and administrative support functions in our Boston facility. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to grow within warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or client support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily warehouse and logistics support activities
* Help coordinate operational schedules, shipments, and workflow tasks
* Support inventory organization and documentation
* Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
* Provide support to warehouse, customer service, and administrative teams
* Help prepare materials, supplies, or shipments for daily operations
Minimum requirements:
