Job Opportunity – Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider – Minnesota

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Minnesota
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Part-time, 2–3 shifts per month

Requirements:

• Board Certification as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Minnesota state license (required; MN is not part of the NLC or APRN Compact)
• Experience or strong interest in medical oncology and hematology

Practice Environment:

• 5 dedicated clinic exam rooms with strong nursing and operational support
• Modern infusion center with 9 chairs, 2 private treatment rooms, and 2 fast-track triage rooms
• Comprehensive onsite services: radiology (PET, MRI, CT), laboratory, and infusion nursing team
• Supportive multidisciplinary team including oncology RNs, LPNs, nurse navigator, research nurse, and provider coordinator
• Integrated support services: financial counseling, behavioral health, cancer rehabilitation, and survivorship programs
• Telehealth access to palliative care and genetic counseling
• Centralized prior authorization support

Additional Information:

• Fingerprinting required; typically takes 48 hours to post and must be completed prior to privileges being granted
