The Role

This is primarily an omnichannel design role with a packaging component. The bulk of your work will be creating graphic assets across digital, social, marketing, and retail, keeping the Itzy Ritzy brand looking sharp and consistent everywhere customers find us, from itzyritzy.com and paid social to specialty boutiques and big box retail. And when it comes to packaging, you'll get to be part of something pretty special: bringing the fun, personality, and warmth of Itzy Ritzy to the retail shelf, where a lot of parents meet us for the very first time.

You'll work closely with the Head of Brand Experience and support the creative team across everything we make. You have 1-3 years of design experience, a strong eye, and the range to move fluidly across project types without losing the thread.

What You'll Work On

Omnichannel Design & Creative Support

• Graphic assets for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments across DTC, digital, social, in-store, specialty boutiques, and mid-major accounts
• Graphic design support for packaging layouts, print files, and retail-facing materials
• AI image generation and creative concepting using tools like Adobe Firefly or Midjourney
• Supporting the team with omnichannel design lifts across marketing, email, paid, and beyond
• Helping maintain a consistent, on-brand visual identity across every customer touchpoint, from itzyritzy.com to the shelf
• Photo retouching and image prep for PDP, social, and campaign use

Packaging Support

Packaging is where the Itzy Ritzy brand experience comes to life on shelf. When you jump in here, you're helping make sure that the personality, playfulness, and warmth that parents love about this brand shows up in every product they pick up at Target or Walmart.

• Supporting packaging graphic layout and brand application across product lines
• Jumping in on dieline construction, mechanical files, and production-ready handoff as needed
• Retail compliance: ensuring packaging meets requirements for Target, Walmart, and Amazon

What We're Looking For

Required

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, with omnichannel work across digital, marketing, or brand
• Experience with generative AI tools
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• A portfolio that shows range across digital, marketing, and brand design
• Strong eye for brand aesthetics, typography, color, and layout
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple project types

Nice to Have

• Experience with packaging design and dieline construction
• Familiarity with CAD or structural packaging
• Experience with AI image generation tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar)
• Familiarity with photo retouching and asset prep workflows
• Interest in baby, children's, or consumer lifestyle brands
