Human Resource Generalist

Our client near Brewster, NY is seeking a temporary Bilingual Human Resource Generalist. The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for supporting HR by assisting with all personnel matters.



Human Resource Generalist Qualifications required

» practice with HR or Recruitment

»Must be bilingual!

»Paychex practice required.

» practice with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

»Top notch communication expertise, both in person and on the phone

»Computer savvy with the capability and flexibility to effectively adapt to new software systems

Human Resource Generalist Job Responsibilities:

»Maintaining employee information by entering and updating data changes

»All phases of recruitment and interview process

»Pre-screening candidates, reviewing applications and conducting interviews

»Preparing new employee packets

»Planning and conducting new employee orientation for initial onboarding and benefits

»Benefits Administration

»Research different plans and vendors that would best suit employees’ needs

»Assemble and manage group health, dental, workers comp, discapability, 401(k) and retirement benefits for all employees

»Serve as primary contact for all employees and vendors

»Processing and maintaining all documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications, and incident reports


The candidate who will be considered will have both a Bachelor’s degree and previous practice. This is an exciting full time, temp-to-hire position with a pay rate ranging from $20-$22 per hour. Hours are Monday–Friday 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm or 1pm-9pm flexible.
