We are placing an Internal Recruiter on behalf of our US-based client operating within the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) space, providing therapy services to children with autism across multiple locations. This is a high-volume recruitment role focused on sourcing and onboarding ABA Therapists. You will be embedded within the client’s operations, playing a key role in ensuring a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates to support ongoing service delivery. This is not a commission-based role.

Role Summary:

• The Recruiter will be responsible for high-volume candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, specifically for ABA therapist roles.
• You will focus on identifying candidates from diverse backgrounds such as education, psychology, childcare, and related fields, assessing their suitability to work with children with special needs.
• This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage large candidate pipelines, and efficient coordination across recruitment and onboarding processes.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (15:00 PM – 00:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company).
• You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates via platforms like Indeed or similar job boards.
• Exposure to healthcare, education, childcare, or behavioral health environments is advantageous.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English).
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows and multiple candidates simultaneously.
• High attention to detail in interview assessments and reporting.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
