Job Description

Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our 270-unit luxury apartment community in Houston's vibrant Museum District neighborhood! We need you to keep our property looking its best! Requirements

  • Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
  • Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
  • Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
  • Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
  • Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
  • Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
