Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, AI-native Graphic Designer to transform our home décor catalog into premium, high-converting visual experiences. In this fully remote contract role, you will act as a key driver for our digital ads, social assets, and online storefronts. Moving beyond basic layouts, you will masterfully merge traditional Adobe Photoshop compositing techniques with modern AI generation engines to construct photorealistic luxury room settings around our physical products. A mandatory portfolio demonstrating a cohesive blend of AI art and professional commercial layouts is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Product Visualization: Conceptualize and engineer luxury lifestyle background scenes and conversion-focused infographics for e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and Noon.
• AI-Assisted Content Generation: Leverage generative platforms including Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, and Adobe Firefly to programmatically build realistic indoor environments and product backdrops while preserving strict brand quality.
• Advanced Photo Compositing: Execute seamless product isolation, professional color corrections, natural shadow mapping, and lighting enhancements using Adobe Photoshop .
• Performance Marketing Design: Build static and AI-enhanced ad creatives optimized to scale conversion metrics on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google display networks.
• E-Commerce Visual Merchandising: Design feature highlight banners, structured comparison charts, product detail page layouts, and email templates that elevate the end-user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced, deep professional mastery running Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, intricate detailing, and complex multi-layered compositing.
• Proven tracking history deploying AI image generation platforms (such as Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, or Nano Banana) inside automated commercial workflows.
• Strong foundational command over design principles, spanning visual hierarchy, sophisticated interior layout compositions, typography, and premium color theory.
• Demonstrated capability to take raw, loose references and transform them independently into polished, high-end digital marketing assets.
• Location Context: 100% remote operational infrastructure open exclusively to qualified creative professionals permanently residing in Saudi Arabia .
• Portfolio Mandate: Absolute requirement to submit an accessible digital portfolio link showcasing an equal distribution of traditional designs and active AI-generated creative projects.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior background designing content for high-growth e-commerce retail networks, performance marketing agencies, or specialized home décor, carpet, and furniture brands.
• Basic familiarity with e-commerce formatting structures for prominent Middle Eastern marketplaces.
