Job Description

As a Finance Associate specializing in Accounts Receivable, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial accuracy and managing cash flow within a dynamic, remote-first environment. This position focuses on overseeing accounts receivable processes, alongside essential bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and demonstrate a proactive approach to financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and fostering strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online, ensuring proper classification of transactions.
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely collections.

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

• Experience working in a fully remote or global environment.
• Background supporting US-based service companies.
• Advanced Excel or financial analysis skills.

Full-time position, remote work.

Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000.

Open to candidates with the required experience and skills, eligible to work in a remote setting.
