Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for a rural community health center in Seward, Alaska. Candidates with experience in rural family medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health are encouraged to apply.
Offering a salary of $130,000-$155,000/year, a $10,000 signing bonus, steady 4x10 day shifts, CME allowance, and generous PTO. No on-call hours.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting exams, providing preventive care, and collaborating with specialists. Administrative duties may include program oversight and community outreach.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, current Alaska NP license, 5+ years of primary care experience (3+ in rural settings), and licensure requirements. Experience in women’s health and pediatrics is preferred.
