NOW HIRING: Experienced Movers & Drivers

Hero Haul | Arvada, CO

$20–$25/hr + Tips + Bonuses | Drivers +$5/hr

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Safely and efficiently pack, wrap, load, and transport household and commercial goods
• Handle furniture and valuables with care, precision, and professionalism
• Disassemble and reassemble items as needed
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
• Represent Hero Haul with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

DRIVER POSITION:

Drivers receive an additional $5/hour bonus .

However, this is important:

This is not a driver-only role.

All drivers are expected to be fully capable, experienced movers who actively participate in:

• Packing
• Lifting
• Loading/unloading
• Job execution

Drivers are leaders on the job and are expected to set the standard for performance and professionalism.

We are specifically seeking individuals who:

• Have prior moving, packing, or relocation experience
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work
• Show up consistently, on time, and ready to perform
• Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Maintain composure in fast-paced and physically demanding situations
• Are looking for more than just a job—they want to be part of a strong team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous moving experience required
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout a full day (up to 12 hours)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required
• Clean criminal background
• Clean driving record (for drivers)
• Own transportation and the ability to commute to our Arvada warehouse and job sites across the Denver Metro Area
• Commitment to a professional, drug- and alcohol-free work environment
