Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in Austin. Responsibilities * Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment on set to ensure timely and efficient production workflows. * Support production staff by running errands, managing paperwork, and coordinating schedules as needed. * Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the production area throughout the shooting process. * Facilitate communication between different departments and team members to promote a smooth production environment. * Assist with managing inventory of production materials and equipment, reporting any shortages or issues. * Provide on-set support, including managing talent needs and assisting with crowd control when necessary. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in film, media, or production is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as production schedules demand. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Physical stamina to handle lifting equipment and standing for long periods during production shoots. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
