Are you based in Crest Hill or the surrounding area and ready to turn your CDL-A into a real career? We're hiring motivated new graduates for our Midwest Regional Trainee Program no experience required, just your license and the drive to succeed.

Solo Driving Rewards (Post-Training)

• Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,100 to $1,400
• Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $0.08 CPM for safe, productive driving

The Paid Training Program

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $655 per week while you train
• 1-on-1 Mentorship: 3 to 5 weeks with a veteran driver
• Midwest Lanes: Running routes through IL, IN, MI, OH, and KY
• The Upgrade: Graduate into your own 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every Saturday and Sunday for your 34-hour reset every week, no exceptions
• Day and night shifts available
• Weekends and holidays are NOT mandatory

On The Road

• Average 1,900 to 2,400 miles per week
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop, excluding first and last
• 24/7 operations support someone always picks up the phone

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
• Must live within 100 miles of Gary, IN
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• 21+ and must pass a DOT drug screen and physical
