RR Electric Heating & Air – 30+ Years Strong and Growing Fast

RR Electric Heating & Air has been serving California for over 30 years, and right now we are blowing up . Demand is high, the board is full, and we are building a strong Electrical Division to keep up.

We’re looking for a skilled, well-rounded Electrician who can run service calls, troubleshoot, and drive revenue through quality work and strong recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running residential service calls daily
• Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing clear solutions
• Recommending necessary upgrades, repairs, or replacements to customers
• Panel upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting
• Full and partial home rewires
• Installing outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures
• Delivering clean, code-compliant work
• Supporting HVAC installs when electrical is needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong residential electrical experience (not entry-level)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending solutions
• Ability to run jobs independently and manage your time
• Electrical license is a big plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Pride in workmanship and professionalism

Work Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoors
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
