Role Description

This is a remote position. As we continue to grow and expand our global team, we’re looking for a Controller / Senior Controller to join us.

Your Mission:

• Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, you will oversee the accounting and consolidation of multiple entities across the US, Canada, UK, and India.
• Ensure the integrity of consolidated financial results.
• Manage full-cycle accounting for shared-service entities.
• Support Embrace HQ budgeting.
• Lead financial system implementation for new acquisitions.
• Serve as the Controller or Interim Finance Manager for newly acquired business units until dedicated finance resources are in place.

Qualifications

• CPA (or equivalent) designation.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidation and full-cycle accounting.
• Hands-on experience with multi-currency reporting, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS; experience in SaaS or technology industries is an asset.
• Public accounting experience (audit or assurance) is an asset, particularly in multi-entity engagements.
