POSITION SUMMARY:

• Express Employment Professionals in Twinsburg is seeking experienced Roofers for direct hire opportunities in the Warren area.
  
• This position is responsible for installing maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems in a safe efficient and high-performing manner.
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install inspect service and repair commercial roofing systems
  
• Remove old or damaged roofing materials
  
• Install new materials including asphalt shingles solar tiles slate and metal roofing
  
• Cut shape and secure roofing materials to proper specifications
  
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines
  
• Comply with local building codes related to roof pitch and structural requirements
  
• Review project progress to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
  
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
  
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure surrounding property is protected and well maintained
  
• Communicate project updates and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• COMMERCIAL ROOFING REQUIRED
  
• Ability to successfully perform all essential duties and responsibilities
