Job Description
Immediate Interim Contractual role for a Bookkeeper with a manufacturing company located in Largo, FL. This person will assist with daily bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, deposits, invoice management, and financial record maintenance in Quickbooks.
salary: $28 - $32 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) - Accurately enter vendor bills into QuickBooks and process approved checks/online payments.
- Process and apply customer payments in QuickBooks; maintain deposit records.
- Generate and review AP/AR aging reports; follow up on missing paperwork or outstanding balances.
Banking, Reporting & Record Keeping - Prepare and execute company bank deposits.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and digital financial files to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background in bookkeeping, administrative accounting, and AP/AR processing.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks (strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
