Job Description
We are seeking tech-savvy Accounting and Bookkeeping Professionals to join our growing financial operations team. We have multiple openings available and are looking for candidates across all experience levels—from foundational AP/AR clerks to seasoned, full-charge bookkeepers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) workflows.
- Performing routine bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handling full-cycle bookkeeping and managing the month-end close process.
- Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting with multi-entity ledger management or account cleanups as needed.
Preferred Software & Tools: Experience with modern, automated accounting tools is highly valued:
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Oracle Netsuite
- Sage
- ADP
Qualifications:
- 1 to 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR roles.
- Prior experience working within a bookkeeping agency or accounting firm is a major plus.
