This position is remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year administrative experience
• Basic Excel skills as well as experience with Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with secretaries, attorneys and multinational clients on a regular basis
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
• Ability to establish effective and collegial working relationships with all others involved in projects
• Comfortable handling complex details

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Billing experience
• Experience with tracking, organizing and maintaining databases

What will your day look like? As a Billing Admin Assistant, you will handle daily New Matter Alerts for setup in Aderant and e-billing vendor sites and handle Weekly Timekeeper Alert for set-up on e-billing vendor sites. You will follow tracking protocol for matter and timekeeper setups to ensure approvals and requirements completion and communicate frequently via email with clients, staff and attorneys. You will develop proficiency with local accounting systems (Elite Enterprise, Metastrom) and various e-billing vendor sites (such as Tymetrix and Serengeti) and assist with basic invoice rejections in the e-Billing Hub portal. You will also assist with basic processing of client implementations for larger ebilling vendor sites such as Serengeti, Tymetrix, CounselLink, DataCert, and Collaborati and provide daily administrative e-billing support for the Billing team.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. In accordance with New York City, California and Washington's Pay Transparency Laws, pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California, or Washington is $55,000-$70,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
