Compensation: Base or Commission, whichever is greater. Paid bi-weekly Responsibilities * Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers. * Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs. * Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts. * Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials. * Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs. * Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture. * Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals * Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections. * Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds. * Other duties as assigned.
