Associate Dentist – Part-Time (Growth to Full-Time)

We’re looking for a part-time Associate Dentist to join our Redmond location, with a clear pathway to full-time growth as the practice continues to expand.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, removable, basic surgical).
• Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and ethically.
• Collaborate with a strong hygiene and assisting team.
• Contribute to a positive, team-driven office culture.
• Option to expand into Invisalign, implants, or other advanced procedures.

Who You Are:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Washington.
• 1+ years of experience preferred (GPR/AEGD welcome).
• Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset.
• Growth-oriented and open to mentorship and feedback.
