We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager with a can-do attitude for our Vail/ Beaver Creek locations. This position requires a highly organized individual who can remain calm under pressure and balance challenging priorities on a regular basis. Will assist in onboarding new owners and properties, pre-arrival inspections, marketing via social media, and other responsibilities as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE :

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

SUPERVISION:

The Assistant Property Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• One-year experience in similar position required.
• Computer efficient. Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Troubleshoot maintenance calls and draft work orders as needed.
• Must be proficient at typing, grammar, formatting, and correspondence.
• Proven experience providing effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Ability to speak effectively and communicate professionally with individuals or groups inside and outside of the organization.
• Must exercise the ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple priorities and coordinating services.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills, and able to pay attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and handle interruptions.
• Must work with minimal supervision and have a proven record of accuracy.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others.
• Must be proactive in their approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable knowing and maintaining confidential information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.
• Must be willing to perform light maintenance.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Candidate must be an Eagle County resident. Housing is not available.
