Golf Club in Banner Elk, North Carolina is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Diamond Creek Golf Club invites applications from motivated, career-driven individuals for the role of First Assistant Superintendent. This position offers an outstanding opportunity for a developing turf professional to refine their skills and grow within a premier private-club environment.
Working closely with the Superintendent and Senior Assistant Superintendent, the First Assistant will play an integral role in the daily execution of championship-caliber agronomy. This leadership structure provides a strong foundation for mentorship while allowing for meaningful involvement in decision-making and day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be actively engaged in staff leadership, daily course conditioning, chemical and fertility programs, and moisture management. This role is well suited for an individual who is ready to take on increased responsibility while continuing to develop within a high-expectation, team-oriented environment.

Requirements
2 or 4 year Turf Degree Required
Compensation
$60,000 per year.
